Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Field Sales Representatives to sell A3 Smart Home security systems directly to homeowners.

This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation

• Base pay uncapped commission
• On-Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000
• Bi-Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners about smart home security systems
• Educate customers on available solutions
• Help homeowners select the right system
• Close sales and schedule installations
  
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
• Reliable transportation
  
  

No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
