A rapidly growing renewable energy company expanding its U.S. operations and looking for a hands-on HR professional to partner with business leaders and help build and scale the HR function.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and business leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement and workforce planning.
- Own the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
- Lead recruitment activities and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire strong talent.
- Develop and implement HR processes, policies and programs as the organization continues to grow.
- Provide practical guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance and employee relations.
- Support initiatives around employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with U.S. employment requirements and best practices.
- Maintain HR data and reporting and continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HRBP, HR Generalist or similar broad HR role.
- Experience supporting employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience developing or improving HR processes and policies.
- Good understanding of U.S. employment practices and employee relations.
- Confident working with managers and business leaders and able to build strong relationships.
- Hands-on, pragmatic and commercially minded, with a willingness to take ownership and get things done.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working onsite in Arlington, VA.
- Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.
Salary : $120 - $130
