What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speaker Outreach Coordinator position at Sales Confidence Coaching?
I’m looking to hire a part-time Speaker Outreach Coordinator to support the growth of my professional speaking business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, thoughtful outreach, and consistent follow-up — and who takes pride in creating opportunity for others.
This is not a general admin role and not a cold-sales position.
The focus is on opening doors, managing conversations, and booking discovery calls with event organizers, associations, and corporate teams.
What This Role Involves- Researching and identifying conferences, associations, companies, and event planners
- Sending professional, personalized outreach messages (email and LinkedIn)
- Managing follow-up in a calm, respectful, and consistent way
- Tracking outreach, responses, and conversations in a simple system
- Booking qualified discovery calls on my calendar
- Coordinating light logistics once interest is established
Scripts, positioning, and guidance will be provided.
Who This Is a Great Fit For- Someone who enjoys outreach and follow-up (and doesn’t avoid it)
- A strong written communicator with good judgment
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Persistent without being pushy
- Someone who understands that follow-up is service
Experience with speakers, coaches, consultants, or event planning is helpful, but not required.
Compensation & Structure- Part-time, remote
- Base compensation plus commissions
- Commissions can be significant as speaking engagements are booked
- Flexible schedule with clear expectations
This role directly supports a mission-driven business focused on confidence, leadership, and helping professionals sell themselves and their services with clarity and integrity.
If you know someone who would thrive in this type of role — or if this sounds like a strong fit — I’d welcome a brief conversation.
