Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for fielding all inbound customer calls and chats negotiate pricing, close the sale and process payments. As a representative of the Company, the Sales Representative is expected to be professional during all phone interactions while upholding the core beliefs of honest, integrity and education in order to maintain the quality of the Company brand.
Eligible Sales Representatives will be able to participate in Company sales commission plan.

Duties
- Accomplish and exceed annual sales goals set by the Sales Manager.
- Responsible for answering customer questions.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Work well with others assigned to the shift to achieve a professional environment.
- Answer inbound customer calls and process customer requests.
- Identify, research and resolve client requests using the in-house software system.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Up sell products and services to all clients.
- Must be polite and courteous to all customers
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferably in retail or Call Center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
