Pay Range:
$19.50 - $31.00 hourly

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and managing appointments for staff members.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Process visitor check-ins and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- A professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
