Manager, Multi Tenant Sales Representative

As Manager of Multi-Tenant Sales at Spectrum, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance and support team development. Your actions will directly contribute to increasing our market share and enhancing customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact   

• Lead the Residential Multi-Tenant Sales department to consistently surpass sales goals and yield targets
• Supervise and develop all Multi-Tenant Sales staff and service partners, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training
• Monitor payroll processes and verify accurate commission calculations for team members
• Communicate current market offers to sales staff, ensuring compliance and optimal use of strategies
• Manage and assign leads, overseeing territory distribution and performance for all Multi-Tenant personnel
• Address employee relations, providing coaching, performance appraisals and safety training to foster professional growth
• Support sales operations with approximately 80 percent office work and 20 percent field work, adapting to business needs

Working Conditions

• Primarily office-based with some field exposure and travel as required

Required Qualifications   

 

Education   

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience

Experience   

• 2 years of sales experience
• 2 years of sales management experience

Skills   

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to manage and motivate others to achieve targets
• Ability to use personal computer and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
• Vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance

• Telecommunications and cable industry experience
