Over the past year, we've grown by 200% which is why we are urgently seeking Client Support Associate to join our innovative team!

Sales And Acquisitions San Diego partners with some of the nation's largest telecommunications providers, including AT&T. As a Client Support Associate, you'll represent AT&T, engaging with customers directly through our residential campaign. Our Client Support Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, building relationships, driving sales, and ensuring they are satisfied with their experience from start to finish. In this role, you'll learn valuable skills to help propel your career within the telecommunications industry. When you join our team as a Client Support Associate, we provide you with the necessary tools and training for success.

Responsibilities of the Client Support Associate:

  • Meet with potential customers in the community, within assigned territory, to educate and guide them about AT&T's latest services & promotions to find the solutions that best fit their needs
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every interaction leads to satisfaction and trust
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships to ensure their ongoing happiness and brand loyalty
  • Stay informed about our AT&T's products and services to effectively communicate with customers, promote the brand effectively, and boost sales
  • Accurately record and manage customer account details to ensure smooth service activations and installations
  • Work together with top-performing Client Support Associate to deliver seamless service and quickly address customer concerns or inquiries
  • Help achieve sales goals, identify new opportunities, and implement targeted outreach strategies to drive the business forward

Qualifications of the Client Support Associate Role:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent; A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any industry-related degree is a plus, but not required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or any customer-facing role is preferred
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine passion for connecting with people and building authentic relationships
  • A knack for technology and an interest in the telecommunications industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
