Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and general product questions.
- Document customer interactions and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SaleQuick.com’s products, services, and policies.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences that build loyalty and trust.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain software quickly.
- Problem-solving skills with a calm, empathetic approach to customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
