What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Veterinary Technician position at Salem Veterinary Service?
Busy small animal practice in Salem, Indiana is looking for an additional full time Registered Veterinary Technician. Three doctor practice with two full time RVT currently. Candidates must hold a valid Indiana RVT license and be in good standing. New grads are welcome. Practice prides itself on quality medicine and personal patient care. We also enjoy a great work environment and good work-life balance. DR radiology, DR dental radiology, surgical laser, therapy laser all used in the practice.
A highly skilled and experienced veterinary assistant potentially could be considered if extensive knowledge and experience in surgery. Must be proficient in anesthesia, surgery and recovery.
Benefits include: PTO, Paid Holidays, Aflac short term disability, life insurance, CE allotment and association dues. Pay dependent on skills and experience. Must be licensed and in good standing in Indiana. Work hours are M-F 7:30 AM to 5PM .
