Position Summary
As an LPN, you will play a key part in coordinating patient activities, assisting with examinations and procedures, and educating patients about their health. Your professionalism and initiative will help ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and organizes activities by using initiative and independent judgment.
- Provides direct care to patients when professional skills are required.
- Assists providers with the examinations and procedures.
- Provides patient education and documents appropriately, maintains the records accordingly.
- Responsible for obtaining and maintaining supplies as requested by providers.
Schedule
- Full-Time Days
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Starting Hourly Pay Range
- $21.50/hour – $31.18/hour
- Actual hourly pay rate depends on experience (DOE).
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, LPN program
- Current professional registration/licensure with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Experience in a surgical or outpatient office setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care.
