Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis in a hybrid capacity. The role is based in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, supporting the onboarding process, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Daily responsibilities include posting job ads, coordinating with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and developing strategies to attract top talent. The role aims to align recruitment efforts with the organization's talent needs while ensuring inclusivity and efficiency in the hiring process.
Talent sourcing and recruitment experience, including posting job ads, managing candidate databases, and working with hiring managers
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a hybrid environment
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
