We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer who wants to be an active partner in that work.
Position SummaryThe Chief Financial Officer will serve as a member of SRC’s executive leadership team and work closely with physician leadership to guide the financial strategy of the organization and its affiliated entities.
This is a highly visible role that extends beyond traditional finance responsibilities. The CFO will help support organizational growth, evaluate strategic opportunities, provide insight into complex business decisions, and help ensure SRC remains positioned for long-term success in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with strategic thinking, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style.
What You'll Be Involved In- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting across SRC and affiliated entities
- Partner with physician and executive leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
- Support hospital partnerships, service agreements, and growth opportunities
- Evaluate acquisitions, business ventures, and expansion initiatives
- Provide financial analysis and modeling to support executive decision-making
- Help guide physician compensation structures and organizational initiatives
- Oversee financial reporting, cash management, and performance metrics
- Collaborate on operational improvements and long-term infrastructure planning
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory and financial requirements
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Experience leading complex financial operations and organizational strategy
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with leadership teams and boards
Preferred
- Healthcare, physician practice, or healthcare services experience
- CPA, MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring
- Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement and physician compensation models

You can move between high-level strategy and operational detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You bring strong business judgment, communicate clearly, and value relationships.
