Job Summary
Salem One is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Bindery Operator to oversee and execute finishing operations in our high-performance bindery department. As a Lead Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient setup, operation, and troubleshooting of key bindery equipment including MBO and Baum folders, Guillotine cutters, Spedo continuous sheeters, and in-line glue systems.
You will play a critical role in producing millions of high-quality retail mail pieces for some of the biggest brands in the country — helping us deliver visually striking and perfectly finished materials that make a real impact coast-to-coast!
