Salem Media Boston is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to support both our internal sales team and external clients across digital and radio campaigns.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role ideal for someone who is highly organized, digitally savvy, and quick to respond. You’ll be the key link between clients, sales, and execution—ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver results.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Boston-area clients (in-person remote)
- Support the General Sales Manager and Account Executives with campaign execution
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (80%), including:
- Google Ads
- SEO coordination
- Website updates
- Email marketing & drip campaigns
- DOOH (as applicable)
- Provide support for radio advertising campaigns
- Build client reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Respond quickly to client and team needs—this role requires a highly responsive, “get it done” mindset
- Manage 10 internal social media accounts (weekly posting)
- Maintain and update office websites
- Coordinate with SEO partners to improve rankings and performance
- 2–5 years in digital marketing, account management, or client success
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads & SEO
- Email marketing platforms
- Website/CMS management
- Strong skills in:
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Canva (or similar tools)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsive
