- Flexible Schedule: Work ~10–15 hours per week, 2-3 days a week — perfect for students, creatives, retired ham operators or anyone who loves broadcast / video operations.
- Hands-On Experience: From live board engineering to voice tracking, you’ll get your hands on real equipment and develop your on-air chops.

What You’ll Do:
- Produce live and recorded radio and video programs and podcasts
- Deliver live on-air weather updates with confidence.
- Record voice tracks for other programming
- Operate and engineer the live broadcast boards, keeping shows smooth and professional.
- Execute station formats to keep our listeners engaged.
- Maintain accurate program logs, edit live spots, and handle various production and commercial audio tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with Windows-based computer systems.
- College education preferred, but not required — your passion and skill matter most!
- Flexibility for overnight shifts and weekends — radio never sleeps, and neither do we.
- Proven track record of reliability, attention to detail, and punctuality.
- A tech-savvy audio enthusiast who thrives under pressure.
- A dependable, detail-oriented self-starter who loves teamwork.
