Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with leasing customers by acting as a transportation consultant, conducting periodic reviews, and managing the voice of the customer process.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers that meet or exceed established quotas.
- Responsible to extend or renew existing contracts before or upon contract expiration, as well as identify opportunities for customer growth in new locations and industries.
- Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company.
- Prepare the necessary paperwork and deliver it to account to ensure timely invoicing.
- Develop a keen awareness of the competition and competitive products, as well as business and industry trends.
- Accountable for timely follow-up on each sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience, Skills and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate:
- Experience with commercial truck leasing sales a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills
- Experience with MS Word and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with cold call solicitation
- Industry experience with an emphasis on sales and marketing preferred.
- Knowledge of truck specs and applications a plus
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
