Orthopedic Clinic
Our Orthopedic Clinic is dedicated to delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings. Located in Salem, Oregon, the clinic offers a collaborative and supportive environment with access to state-of-the-art operating rooms, advanced imaging, and rehabilitation resources. Our orthopedic team emphasizes innovation, evidence-based care, and patient-centered outcomes, while providing providers opportunities for professional growth and leadership. Providers enjoy a wRVU-based practice structure that supports a healthy work-life balance and encourages participation in shaping clinical workflows and care protocols.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive care for patients requiring hip and knee reconstruction, including inpatient consultations, surgical procedures, and outpatient clinic visits.
- Diagnose and treat degenerative joint conditions and musculoskeletal disorders affecting mobility and function.
- Perform a full spectrum of surgical procedures related to total joint replacement, including primary and revision arthroplasty.
- Offer and manage appropriate non-operative treatment options when indicated.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans and counsel patients on lifestyle modifications to support recovery and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care across the continuum.
- Emphasize accurate diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and clear communication with patients and families.
- Demonstrate stewardship of institutional resources and contribute to the delivery of high-value, sustainable healthcare.
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an ACGME- or AACOM-accredited program.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Adult Reconstruction Fellowship.
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery or the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
