Your role with us
As a Supply Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clinical and operational teams have the supplies and resources they need to deliver exceptional care. You’ll coordinate the purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and distribution of supplies across departments, maintaining accuracy and efficiency at every step. Being a dependable and organized problem solver will help keep our supply chain running smoothly. You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, communication, and attention to detail and where your contributions truly matter.
What you'll do
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
- Accurately input and track supply data in inventory systems.
- Collaborate with clinical and support teams to forecast needs and prioritize urgent requests.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of materials to maintain compliance and safety standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Support daily operations in supply rooms and assist with audits as needed.
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent OR two years of directly related experience may be substituted in lieu of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Additional information
- One year of any supply processing experience (sorting, inventorying, distributing) preferred.
- One year of hospital supply processing experience preferred.
- Surgical Services experience preferred.
