Role Description
This part-time and full time positions on-site role is based in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Litigation Specialist will be responsible for supporting the litigation process, managing legal documents, handling property damage and insurance-related matters, and assisting with civil and commercial litigation cases. Additional responsibilities include analyzing case information, preparing reports, and working closely with attorneys to ensure the highest standards of legal practice.
Qualifications
- Background in Civil Litigation helpful
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in relevant computer software, including case management systems
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience within a creditors' rights or collection law firm is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
