Salcido Family Medicine — Odessa, Texas
Salcido Family Medicine is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established family medicine practice. We welcome experienced providers and new graduates with strong clinical training.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education within the provider’s scope of practice
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely medical documentation
- Provide safe, evidence-based, and cost-effective patient care
Qualifications
- Current Texas licensure and national board certification
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain oneFamily medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care experience preferred
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
Work Schedule
- Full-time schedule with one afternoon off each week
- At least one half-day Saturday per month
Practice Support
- On-site Board Certified MD
- On-site laboratory and X-ray services
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
