Shift Manager Requirements and Job Responsibilities:
- Open or close the store with high standards of cleanliness, quality and efficiency
- Lead the team through high volume by motivating and working side-by-side
- Assist the team to prepare and execute menu
- Fast-casual or casual dining background
- Previous leadership experience
