Salata Salad Kitchen is coming to Greenville, SC, and we couldn't be more excited! We're bringing a fresh, healthy, and delicious dining experience to the area, and we're looking for an amazing team to help us make it happen!

What You'll Be Doing
- Greet every guest with a smile and provide outstanding customer service.
- Prepare fresh salads, wraps, and other menu items according to Salata's quality standards.
- Wash, chop, portion, and prepare fresh ingredients daily.
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and food safety procedures.
- Keep food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
- Work together with your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
- Learn our menu, ingredients, and procedures to help create an exceptional guest experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred.
- Prior kitchen prep experience is highly preferred, including washing, chopping, portioning, and preparing fresh ingredients.
- Experience following recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety procedures.
- ServSafe Food Handler or ServSafe Manager certification is a plus!
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or quick-service restaurant environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
While previous experience is preferred, we're also willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a great attitude and a desire to succeed.

Compensation & Scheduling
Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on previous experience, qualifications, and availability.
Schedule: Flexible scheduling with weekday and weekend shifts available.
