- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning vegetables, fruits, meats, and other food items in accordance with recipes and safety standards

- Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks such as mixing, assembling salads, or reheating prepared foods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area to meet food safety regulations
