Job Summary:
The Seattle office is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing firm. The primary role is to support the Seattle team and continue the cultivation of our culture, our influence in the northwest region and the support our staff and clients of Salas O’Brien, a growing national Architecture and Engineering company.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and answer phones
- Accept packages and prepare materials for shipping, Fed Ex / UPS, etc.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and misc. deliveries
- Assist accounting team with various tasks including data entry and project file creation
- Opening and closing of the office
- Inventory and ordering supplies
- Assist with the planning and coordination of office events, including client meetings, office lunches, parties, and travel planning
- Filing and various administrative work
- Scan drawings and set up files per managers requests
- Various projects as assigned by Supervisor
- Maintain copier with paper and toner
- Cleaning communal spaces as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following basic requirements:
- Minimum education – high school diploma
- Data Entry Experience with Deltek Vision or similar accounting software
- Administrative experience in a professional environment
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently

The base salary range for this position is $23 to $26 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
