Job Summary: The Mid-Level Plumbing Engineer/Designer serves to focus primarily on the design of building related projects, including hotels, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, and educational facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software. Responsibilities: Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings Participate in the development of system design calculations and selection of equipment for use in buildings Prepare detailed design documents Complete specification writing/editing Complete code compliance research Coordinate work with other disciplines Site survey to determine and document existing conditions Provide construction administration services Qualifications and Experience: You have 3+ years of experience You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred You have a LEED certification/experience. PE/EIT preferred You are familiar with codes, standards and design guidelines You have an excellent work ethic and attitude Location: Austin, TX Travel: Limited travel is required #LI-Hybrid Compensation & Benefits: The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
