This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Director of Technical Recruiting, located in Merritt Island, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Director of Technical Recruiting will lead the recruitment strategy and execution to attract top technical talent. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to define hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and leveraging data-driven approaches to refine recruitment processes. The role will also involve mentoring and managing a team of recruiters, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to the company’s values and diversity initiatives.

• Proven experience leading technical recruitment efforts, including full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and managing applicant tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge in recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices for technical roles, with an emphasis on innovation and efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills, with demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing recruitment teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to leverage data in decision-making and process improvement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external candidates.
• Familiarity with industry trends related to sustainability, engineering, and technical services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or related are a plus.
