Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audiences, and key objectives. Develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable results. Must have deep understanding of all elements involved in campaign planning (audience targeting, creative/copy, landing pages, conversion setup, etc.)
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Display) and Bing Ads. Regularly optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve efficiency and outcomes. Report on takeaways in a way that promotes client understanding.
- Deep experience with Google Ads strategy & execution. Additional experience with other paid media channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, etc. would be strongly preferred as well. We are seeking an experienced marketer who can think cross-channel and develop integrated strategies that drive marketing success.
- Client Communication and Reporting: Providing regular updates on campaign performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations. Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting ROI and identifying areas for improvement. Be responsive to clients and support their digital marketing questions as needed. Must know how to report on B2B marketing metrics (MQL, SQL, Opps, Pipeline).
- Budget Management and Allocation: Work within client budgets to maximize campaign performance and ROI, recommending budget adjustments when necessary to meet evolving client goals.
- Performance Analysis and Insights: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to inform clients of opportunities for further optimization and growth.
- Creative Ideation and Copywriting: Work with the team to brainstorm creative concepts, campaign themes, and visuals/videos. Present concepts to clients and facilitate execution and feedback loops with designer. May take on ad copywriting as needed. Experience working with designers/creative teams a huge plus!
- Trend Analysis and Client Consultation: Stay current with industry trends, best practices in B2B marketing, and competitor activity to provide clients with expert guidance to stay current and competitive.
Requirements
- 4 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting, with a proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful campaigns
- Must have experience specifically in B2B marketing
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search and Display), GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Comfort with data analysis and using insights to drive campaign decisions
- Agency and Client-Facing Experience: highly preferred
- Excellent Communication and Organization: high level of professionalism, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
