What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Shift Coordinator - 2nd Shift position at Salaried/Skilled Trades Careers at NSG Group?
Make sure all cells have the required primers and glass available to begin production.
Ensure the availability of small components to all work cells and coordinate with materials inventory specialist.
Assist with task such as hose changes, carbon tip changes, etc.….
Assist with completion of production order, downtime, process check sheet and training sheets accurately.
Update production boards throughout the day.
Utilize and enforce standard operating procedures and inspection standards.
Work collectively with maintenance and other departments to resolve production and/or equipment issues.
Responsible for initial training and cross-training of employees.
Promote high safety and housekeeping standards.
Follow and communicate all pass down instructions from production, materials, and quality team.
Assist with Honda mix and GP12 repacking.
Other duties as assigned by production supervisor.
