Host- Honeybelle

The Host - Honeybelle at PGA National Resort responsibilities:

• Provide a positive experience to the guests of the restaurant upon their arrival and departure.
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Ensure knowledge of menu
• Service stocking needs, tabletop maintenance and follow up for accuracy
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to, cleaning, folding silverware, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
• Assist with the reservation book and any other administrative duties
• Perform all other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work a flexible shift, weekends, holidays
• Must have Florida Food Handlers and Alcohol compliance certifications
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills required.

• Ability to effectively communicate and work well with fellow employees
• Ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
• Use judgment and reasoning to cope with emergencies, such as sudden illness, accident, or interrupted service.
• Standing, bending, walking, lift/push 25-50lbs
