Salamander Middleburg, a Forbes Triple Five-Star luxury resort, is seeking professional, dependable, and service-focused Bell/Valet Attendants to join our Guest Services team. What You Will Do
Greet guests professionally upon arrival and departure
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
Assist guests with luggage and escort them to guest rooms
Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front drive
Respond quickly to guest requests and service needs
Support the Guest Services team in delivering Forbes-level service standards
Qualifications
Previous valet, bell, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission experience a plus)
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Weekend and holiday availability required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
