Job Summary
FLUENCY IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH REQUIRED
Applicant will be front desk receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, emails, and work on some legal cases. Applicant should be able to multi-task, energetic, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English required.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering phones, returning calls, Intake, filing, spreadsheets, updating calendar, make appointments and other tasks as directed including working on legal cases
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
