The Social Media & Content Intern will support Salad Station’s digital marketing efforts by assisting with social media strategy, content creation, influencer collaborations, and analytics reporting. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual who wants hands-on experience managing multi-platform social campaigns and producing digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Execute Salad Station’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google My Business to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
- Develop, plan, and execute the monthly content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and campaign timelines.
- Write, schedule, and publish captions and content while maintaining a consistent, on- brand posting cadence.
- Create, edit, and deliver engaging content formats, including videos, carousels, stories, and reels.
- Stay ahead of trends by researching new sounds, formats, and social strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Lead community management by responding to comments, messages, and tagged content to drive loyalty and engagement.
Content Creation & Monthly Shoots
- Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly content shoots, including prep, shot lists, model coordination, and scheduling.
- Capture photo and video content during shoots for use across all campaigns and platforms. Maintain and organize the digital asset library for easy access and consistency across marketing channels.
- Support quarterly professional content shoots by assisting with planning, shot selection, on-set coordination, and creative alignment.
- Influencer Program Support Manage and grow Salad Station’s influencer program to increase brand awareness and local engagement.
- Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and content deliverables.
- Develop and distribute monthly influencer newsletters with campaign updates, guidelines, and deadlines.
- Track influencer performance, measure ROI, and provide campaign reports.
Franchisee Support (as needed)
- Assist franchisees with creating, scheduling, and optimizing localized social content while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
- Provide creative recommendations and content ideas tailored to each location’s unique audience and goals.
- Develop quick guides and templates for franchisees to make their social posting easier and more effective.
- Monitor and review franchisee-generated content to ensure consistent branding and quality
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on monthly performance metrics for posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Provide insights to help improve engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Interest in social media trends and creative storytelling.
Portfolio must be provided.
