Responsibilities Of The District Manager
- A constant presence in stores with a tireless pursuit of perfection in operations across a portfolio of up to 12 stores.
- Loves, eats and constantly samples our food while in stores ensuring we are only serving high quality, freshly prepared food.
- Coaches up against all key performance measures – including people development, food quality, speed, labor, and ultimately the Best Guest Experience.
- Takes full accountability for the culture in the store, coaching with compassion and celebrating wins.
- Has working knowledge of how our in-store equipment works with the ability to set up, clean and troubleshoot issues.
- Builds relationships across departments using all available resources to support store operations.
- Identifies problems while empowering teams to find solutions and solve problems quickly.
- Has a demonstrated 5 year track record leading teams as a multi-unit leader with experience working in a variety of store types.
- A master in drive-thru operations preferred.
- Knowledgeable of business metrics, and market trends.
- Proven track record of hiring and developing a bench of Store leaders.
- Strong in time management, multi-tasking, accountability, effective communication and follow up.
