Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other Italian meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Monitor cooking times to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation or as a cook in a restaurant or food service setting.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and meal preparation.
