Overview
The CSR position is a full-time position that will help support the day to day operations of the company working closely with management and call center.
Responsibilities and Duties
- These tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Administer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Daily scheduling our HVAC and Plumbing technicians.
- Follow-up with Service Technician or Installer to ensure all administrative documents are submitted and finalized in Service Titan.
- Follow-up with clients and staff to ensure services are completed and issues resolved.
- Perform a variety of office/clerical duties as necessary
- Schedule and coordinate multiple activities.
- Accurately enter information into multiple computer systems.
- Other duties as assigned
