PART-TIME RESIDENTIAL CLEANER

Job Summary

SAL Cleaning For You is a fast-growing premium residential cleaning company serving Orange County. We specialize in detailed, high-quality home cleaning with a strong focus on professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with our company.

General Accountabilities

Responsibilities:

· Perform detailed residential cleaning services including bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general home detailing

· Follow company cleaning systems and quality standards

· Work efficiently as part of a 2-person cleaning team

· Use professional cleaning products and steam cleaning equipment when needed

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients and team members

· Complete final walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are met

Job Qualifications

· Previous residential or housekeeping cleaning experience preferred

· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

· Ability to work in different homes throughout Orange County

· Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

· Ability to lift cleaning supplies/equipment and stay active throughout the shift

· Comfortable working around pets

· Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
• Repetitive cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and dusting
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment and maintaining a steady work pace
