We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager for our new Sakura Go location at Germantown.
The restaurant manager is responsible for day-to-day hands on operations. He/She will serve as an ambassador of our brand and culture to our team members, guests, and the community.
What we’re looking for:
- Being bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent customer service to ALL guests
- Ability to lead and develop team members
- High initiative and problem solving skills
- Our Gms are hands on.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward all assignments
- Two or more years of experience with restaurant operations in a fast paced environment (supervisory experience preferred)
