Position: CMS Developer - OpenText Web CMS
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Duration: Long-term
Must be local and Face -to- Face interview
Job description:
- Participates in all phases of the software development life cycle
- Collaborates with Product Owners, Architects, and other Developers to develop and enhance applications based on end-user requirements
- Builds, deploys, validates, and supports clean, maintainable code and documents features for future reference
- Actively participates in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manages version control through Git and GitHub when creating branches, committing code, and engaging in peer reviews

Top 3 Mandatory Skills and Experience
- DevOps and CI/CD Basics – Understands how code is built, deployed, validated, and supported
- OpenText Web CMS (TeamSite, OpenDeploy, LiveSite) development: templates, workflows, integrations, content reuse, multi-channel delivery
- Angular (v15 ), JavaScript (ES6 ), and TypeScript development
- HTML, CSS, and responsive design (SASS/LESS)
- API integrations supporting content delivery and digital experiences
- Cloud infrastructures (i.e. Azure, Kubernetes, Docker containers, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills
- Template development and CMS component architecture
- Hands-on technical SEO implementation within CMS platforms
- Experience designing scalable, reusable CMS templates
- Collaborate with front-end and CMS teams to embed SEO best practices into content and code
