Job Description
- Design and develop scalable and efficient Power BI dashboards and reports leveraging Azure SQL as the data source.
- Architect data solutions within the Azure ecosystem, focusing on data modelling integration and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and security across all BI platforms, following governance policies
- Optimize data models and queries to enhance report performance and usability.
- Stay updated with emerging Azure data services and Power BI features to continuously improve BI frameworks.
- Document technical specifications, data flows, and architectural designs to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
- Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX, Power Query and visualisation best practices
- Manage Azure SQL databases, including query tuning, performance optimization, and data integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business intelligence needs.
