YOU WILL
BE: As the Assistant Store Director, Operations, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence and supporting overall store performance. You will oversee all operational processes, from workload planning and freight flow to inventory management and digital tool adoption, ensuring a smooth and efficient back-of-house operation. This role focuses on optimizing store operations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while actively contributing to the broader business strategy. You’ll partner closely with the Store Director and leadership team to implement operational strategies, drive process improvements, and cultivate a customer-first culture that supports store gr
owth.

SALARY AND OTHER
BENEFITS:
The starting salary for this position is between [$65,000-$73,000 annually]. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful
candidate.
