We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with accounting and bookkeeping experience to support daily office operations.
Duties
- Assist with invoices and payments
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain accurate financial and office records
- Perform data entry and spreadsheet management
- Support scheduling, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Assist with payroll and reporting as needed
Qualifications
- Administrative and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- QuickBooks experience
