Responsibilities
- Process and track warranty claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding warranty status, requirements, and next steps.
- Collaborate with technical support, manufacturing, and service teams to facilitate prompt resolution of warranty issues.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, actions taken, and outcomes within the company’s database.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends or recurring issues that may require process improvements or product modifications.
- Assist in developing and updating warranty policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to warranty claims promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or warranty coordination role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
