Receptionist

SAK Construction is looking to add a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist to our team in O'Fallon, MO . We are one of the fastest growing underground construction companies in the US. Responsibilities:

• Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitors, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
• Greet applicants and visitors daily, assessing their needs, providing information, and directing them appropriately to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbook.
• Collect, distribute, and send mail and packages in a timely and organized manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies, t-shirts, drinks, snacks, and kitchen essentials. Placing weekly orders, track deliveries, and restocking supply areas and kitchen to keep them tidy, organized, and fully stocked.
• Ensure kitchen areas are clean at the end of each day, including loading and unloading dishwasher.
• Assist CFO with Power Point presentation updates.
• Schedule conference rooms as needed.
• Other general clerical duties and office tasks, as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant office experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized and meet changing deadlines.
• Maintain staff confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
