Oracle Database Administrator - Senior / Mid-Level

Job Description

SajTech is seeking experienced Oracle Database Administrators for Senior and Mid-Level positions supporting an enterprise database environment.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Grid, RMAN, backup and recovery, HA/DR, production troubleshooting, database maintenance, patching, and performance tuning.

Senior-level candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant database experience, while Mid-Level candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant database administration experience.

Responsibilities include creating and administering Oracle databases, troubleshooting sessions, locks, jobs, space and connectivity issues, supporting Oracle Grid and RMAN, performing backup/recovery and HA/DR testing, production troubleshooting, patching, capacity planning, maintenance, documentation, and incident/change management.

Experience with additional database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB and MS Access is valuable. Candidates should clearly mention the technologies and versions they have personally worked with.

Oracle or SQL professional certifications are strongly preferred.

This is a full-time remote opportunity. Candidates must be available for eight working hours within the required business window and for occasional prescheduled after-hours maintenance and support.

Compensation:
Mid-Level: up to approximately $67,000/year
Senior Level: up to approximately $95,000/year
