About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in project management, operations, or business analysis. You will work closely with leaders to support internal and client projects, manage project documentation, coordinate meetings, follow up with stakeholders, and present data using Excel and PowerPoint.
This role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to strategic projects within a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking internal and client projects.
- Maintain project trackers, action lists, and status updates in Excel.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and data summaries in PowerPoint.
- Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Provide support through documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify and flag project risks, delays, or dependencies to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate across departments to gather data, analyze information, and present insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Power BI).
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to grow within the organization.
