What You’ll Do
• Support the PM, Product Operations in maintaining and improving the workflows, tools, and processes used across Product and Engineering teams.
• Assist in the administration and configuration of Jira, Confluence, Pendo, FullStory, and other core tools.
• Help build and maintain documentation templates, onboarding guides, and process reference materials.
• Execute workflow automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Track and report on operational metrics such as cycle time, sprint velocity, and process adoption rates.
• Coordinate cross-team communications including release notes, changelog updates, and internal product announcements.
• Support onboarding programs for new Product and Engineering hires.
What You Bring
• 1-3 years of experience in product operations, project management, or a product-adjacent or product role.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and at least one analytics tool (Pendo, FullStory, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear documentation and guides.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tooling such as Claude for documentation and workflow insights.
