About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned AI Consultant with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, coupled with deep domain expertise in Mortgage Lending. The ideal candidate is a full stack AI engineer who can design, develop, and deploy AI solutions end-to-end — from classical ML models to GenAI-driven intelligent agents — across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
This is a client-facing role that blends technical excellence with consulting acumen, involving pre-sales, solutioning, rapid prototyping, and demo building for enterprise customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12–15 years of total experience in AI/ML, including at least 2 years in Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
- Experience across AWS / Azure / GCP for AI solutioning and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and API development (FastAPI, Flask).
- Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, Azure ML, or Kubeflow.
- Deep understanding of mortgage lifecycle processes and use cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interface with CXOs and technical teams alike.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
- Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, bias detection, and model interpretability.
- Exposure to multi-agent architectures and enterprise AI governance.
- MBA or domain certification in mortgage lending or financial services is a plus.

Pay: $94,139.87 - $200,000.74 per year
