Summary
The purpose of this position is to work with clients in a 1 to 1 basis or small group basis in their health journey. The personal trainer is responsible for setting times, adhering to the schedule of working with their clients and ensuring the CHW rules and regulations are followed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The position will fulfill the commitment of the role titled, Personal trainer. This role will provide the following:
MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Must be Federal Work Study Eligible
Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter
Current student within the Exercise Science major in their junior, senior or graduate years. CPR/AED certified and working towards a certification.
Description of Hours:Hours will be determined by the availability of the student and will not exceed 10 total hours a week.

- Health assessments in accordance with the CHW policy manual
- One on one personal training
- Small group training sessions
- Cleaning the weight room and center
- Scheduling clients
- Ensuring all forms are correctly filled out
- Presentations to the community on health and wellness
