Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Champs Kitchen, including checking in visitors, sorting donations.
- Warmly greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate individual or meeting.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Perform general office tasks, including copying, scanning, and filing.
- Monitor and manage Champ’s Kitchen inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Support the coordination of special projects and events.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY

- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Student will be scheduled up to 10 hours per week, with flexible shifts within a Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm schedule.
