This position is accountable for supporting the staff by performing a wide range of basic clerical/office tasks for the Office of Financial Aid and must be very customer-service oriented.

- Greet all callers and visitors in courteous manner.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as making copies, filing, scanning documents into Image Now.
- Become familiar with all Financial Aid policies, procedures, and general information in order to assist with telephone and in-person inquiries.
- Assist students and guests who visit the Financial Aid Office.
- Maintains an appropriate and professional environment in the reception area of the office.
- Answers phone calls and directs calls to the appropriate financial aid counselors.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
